Recruitment Process Outsourcing

Poseidon Human Capital provides global RPO solutions, tailor-made to meet the client’s talent sourcing requirements.

We go beyond the traditional RPO model where our clients are our partners. Stakeholder integration and a collaborative approach, working within expertly designed processes, ensure we attract the best talent to meet an organisation’s needs in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

If required we will embed within a client’s organisation and become an extended Talent Sourcing Team which is supported by our global sourcing teams utilizing advanced technological platforms.

Total RPO Model - Within our total RPO model, we manage the client’s end to end recruitment cycle. Our teams will wholly integrate into the stakeholder’s organisation, working alongside HR and recruitment managers. Our global sourcing teams recruit candidates based on specific hiring briefs. Our front-end teams conduct selection processes, manage job offers and complete onboarding processes providing support with every step of the way.
Hybrid RPO Model - The client may choose to retain in-house recruitment teams focusing on internal processes which may not be outsourced. We can complement an organisation with our global sourcing and selection teams. This can allow operating within organisational governance while capitalising on our global capabilities.
Project Basis Model - In the Project Basis Model we manage specific manpower needs related to a project or a job group deploying either the RPO or Hybrid models. The Project Basis Model is ideal if organisations are launching new projects or experiencing difficulties in sourcing talent for a specific job group.
